Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Vynox ("the Software"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with them, don't purchase or use the Software.

1. License, not ownership

Purchasing a plan grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software on one device at a time, tied to the license key issued to your account. It does not transfer ownership of the Software, its code, or any part of it to you.

2. What "Lifetime" means

A "Lifetime" plan grants access for as long as Vynox continues to operate as a product and offers that access tier - it is not a personal guarantee of access forever, independent of circumstance. Specifically, a Lifetime license may stop functioning if: Vynox discontinues the Software or ceases operating entirely; Vynox changes its business or pricing model in a way that no longer supports a one-time lifetime tier going forward; or your license is revoked under Section 5 below. We aren't obligated to provide advance notice of discontinuation, though we'll make reasonable efforts to do so where practical.

3. One license, one device

Each license key is bound to a single device at a time via a hardware identifier. Sharing a license key with another person, or attempting to circumvent the device-binding system, is a violation of these terms and may result in the license being revoked without refund.

4. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every version of any game it's used with. You use it at your own risk, including any risk to your account in the game it interacts with.

5. Revocation

We may revoke or suspend a license, without refund, if we reasonably believe it's being shared, resold, used to abuse or attack our systems, or used in violation of these terms.

6. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, but only if your license has not yet been activated on a device. Once a license key checks in from the Vynox launcher for the first time and becomes bound to a device, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of how much time has passed. To request a refund, open a ticket on our Discord before activating the license.

Outside of that window, or once a license has been activated, the only exceptions are genuine billing errors on our end - for example, being charged twice for the same purchase, or being charged an amount that doesn't match the plan you selected. Those will be corrected or refunded once verified.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, for a purchase where the Software was delivered and functioned as described, is treated as a violation of these terms and will result in your license being revoked and your account being banned from future purchases.

7. Third-party games

Vynox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Epic Games or Fortnite. Using third-party tools with any game may violate that game's own terms of service - that's between you and the game's publisher, and we're not responsible for any action taken against your game account as a result of using the Software.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Software after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Informal resolution

If you have a dispute with us, contact us first through Discord or support email so we can try to resolve it informally before either party takes further action.

10. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or purchase a license. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone younger than that, we'll close it and refund any purchase tied to it.

11. Limitation of liability

The Software is provided without any guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free (see Section 4). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Vynox is limited to the amount you actually paid us for your license. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses - for example, if using the Software results in action taken against your game account by a third party, that's covered separately under Section 7, not under this section.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If a dispute can't be resolved informally by contacting us first (see Section 9), either party may bring it before the courts with jurisdiction over that location. If you're a consumer residing in the EU or UK, nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

13. Plan duration and free trials

The time on a timed plan (1-day trial, 3-day, Week) starts when the license key is first activated in the Vynox launcher, not at the moment of purchase. An unused key does not run down. Once a key has been activated, its expiry date is fixed: resetting the device does not restart or extend it.

Each license key works only in the product it was issued for (Keyboard or Controller).

The free trial is limited to one per person, per product, every 30 days. Creating multiple accounts, using alias email addresses, or using multiple devices to obtain additional free trials is a violation of these terms, and we may revoke the keys involved and block the accounts and devices, in line with Section 5.
